Your data,
in Europe.

Archimedes runs on European infrastructure, with a dedicated database for every customer and continuous backups. No company data leaves the European Union.

Here is how it's built, in concrete terms.

Infrastructure

Where the data lives,
and who can reach it.

Servers in Germany. The platform is hosted on dedicated hardware in a European data centre (Falkenstein). File storage and backups stay under European jurisdiction.

One database per customer. Every company has its own separate database, not a row in a shared table. It's the cleanest possible separation between customers.

Isolation enforced by the database. Beyond the application's checks, it's PostgreSQL itself that refuses access to another company's data.

High availability. Three database nodes in synchronous replication: if one goes down, the service carries on with no data loss.

Continuous backups. Continuous copies and point-in-time recovery, stored separately from the production servers.

Access and permissions

Who sees what
is decided once.

Permissions aren't per module: they're per record. The same rule applies in the interface, in the APIs, in reports and for the AI agents.

Record-level permissionsTwo-factor authenticationPasswordless passkeysCompany SSOChange historySeparate customer portalExport of your dataEncryption in transit

The AI agents follow the same permission system: they see what the user sees, no more.

Scale without compromise. European infrastructure, a dedicated database for every customer, continuous backups and GDPR-compliant data processing.Talk to our team →

Where is the data hosted?+

On European infrastructure, in Germany. File storage and backups stay under European jurisdiction too.

Is my data separate from other companies' data?+

Yes: every customer has a dedicated database. You share tables with no one, and the separation is enforced by the database itself, not just by the application.

What happens if a server fails?+

The database runs on three nodes in synchronous replication with automatic failover. On top of that we keep continuous backups with point-in-time recovery.

Can I take my data with me?+

Yes, in standard formats and at any time. We don't want the difficulty of leaving to be the reason you stay.

Do you have ISO certifications?+

As of today we don't claim certifications we don't hold. What you find on this page is what the infrastructure actually does, and it can be verified during your evaluation.
